App Store Connect credentials and business data remain on your device. MetricDeck exists between you and Apple, not between you and another database.

The short versionYour data is used to show your dashboard. It is not collected by MetricDeck’s developer.

02 / Stored on device

Protected where it lives.

The private key, Issuer ID, Key ID, and Vendor Number are stored in device-only iOS Keychain records.

Downloaded reports, normalized rows, reviews, and exchange rates are stored in protected Application Support files excluded from backup.

MetricDeck does not send support diagnostics automatically.

Disconnect and Delete removes credentials and all locally stored business data. Delete Cached Reports preserves credentials and rebuilds data directly from Apple.
